The Fable of Fluffy McFluff-Fluff

by Erin Ramm

Once upon a time there was a sheep farm.  All the sheep at the sheep farm were good looking, but the one named Fluffy McFluff-Fluff was the most handsome of all.  However, he did not know he was so handsome, because all the other sheep were jealous and told him he was ugly.  The sheep called him mean things, and one sheep said, "Hey! You look like a coconut!"  They made Fluffy McFluff-Fluff very, very sad.

One day there was a hungry wolf out looking for something to eat.  He went to the sheep farm, and saw all the sheep in the pen, and really wanted to eat Fluffy McFluff-Fluff because he was the most good-looking.  So, the wolf called the sheep over, and said, "I love your poofy, fluffy wool.  I love how it glistens in the sun!  It looks so soft and fuzzy! Your wool is just so wonderful!  I wish that you could come out of your pen so I can eat -- I mean , take a closer look  and feel your silky, shiny wool."

Fluffy McFluff-Fluff was very, very happy that somebody liked his wool, so he walked out of the pen to show it off.  But, the wolf attacked and ate Fluffy McFluff-Fluff.
